  Pros

  It has excellent skin-soothing effects and effectively reduces heat sensation. It dissolves well in water. Even though my skin is super sensitive, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation.

  Cons

  There's some excess powder, and you need to clean up after use. It's less convenient compared to other mask types. Also, it takes some practice to get the right consistency, apply it evenly, and remove it properly.

  Pros

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin and dry skin, I've found that applying serum before using this modeling mask really makes my skin glow! The next day, my skin condition is noticeably different!! There's no dryness at all~~ My skin feels so plump, like it's filled with hydration! I heard collagen was good for those who don't react well to tea tree, so I decided to try this. It seems even gentler!

  Cons

  There's absolutely nothing to complain about! I think it would be even better if you buy a large bottle of toner to use with it.

  Tip

  For the best mix, use 2 spoons of powder + 1.5 spoons of toner!

  I tried Lindsay's Collagen Modeling Mask after loving their Tea Tree one. I always buy from Hwahae because they offer the best deals and extras. I opted for the packet version instead of the cup, and I actually prefer it - it's so quick to use up! While not as cooling as the Tea Tree, the Collagen mask was still refreshing and pleasant. Though I didn't notice dramatic effects, it didn't irritate my atopic skin at all. In fact, it felt quite soothing. Just a heads up - it might tingle a bit on any reddened areas.

  Cons

  The only downside is that for a collagen modeling mask, the effects weren't as noticeable as I'd hoped.

  1. Pro tip: Pop the ampoule in the fridge before use. It'll give you that cool, refreshing feeling just like the Tea Tree mask! 2. For the best application, try spreading the mask in a 'L' shape - it helps distribute the product evenly across your face.

  For combination (dehydrated), sensitive, and acne-prone skin types. I usually choose cleansers based on their cleansing effectiveness, ability to prevent blemishes, and suitability for sensitive skin, as I typically apply multiple layers of makeup. Advantages: 1) Never felt irritating 2) Never caused breakouts 3) Reduces redness While the modeling mask can be a bit of a hassle to use regularly, when I do use it, my skin feels firmer!

  The powder has a slight metallic scent, which takes some getting used to.

  Tip

  Mixing the modeling mask with an ampoule and water definitely makes it more hydrating compared to using water alone.

  Wow, I tried a modeling mask again after nearly half a year! I messed up the ratio of water to powder, so it dripped everywhere. It seems to take longer to set when using cold water compared to hot water. On the bright side, it doesn't irritate my skin at all. I think if I use it consistently, about 3-4 times a week, my skin will improve a lot.

  Cons

  The process of peeling off the mask and washing it away is a bit cumbersome and annoying, but that's the price of beauty, right? There's nothing else I'm disappointed about.

  It cools down my skin temperature, leaving it refreshingly cool even after removing the mask. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and makes it feel hydrated and healthy.

  The collagen product also has a great cooling effect. It's not an intense cooling sensation like mint, but rather a natural, gentle cooling that doesn't cause any irritation!

  Cons

  As this is my first modeling mask, I don't have anything to compare it to, so I'm not sure about any drawbacks!

  Tip

  If you're new to modeling masks, you'll probably need to try it at least 5 times to get the hang of it! I recommend applying it thinly on your face first, then tidying up any drips while spreading it evenly for a nice application.
