Among the conditioners I've tried, this one has the most luxurious and gender-neutral aroma. After using the Balmain moisturizing shampoo, I squeeze out excess water, apply this conditioner as if combing through my wet hair, and rinse with lukewarm water. The result? My hair feels incredibly soft and bouncy, which is so satisfying. Some conditioners can be difficult to wash out, but this one rinses away cleanly without any residue or that unpleasant, weighed-down feeling. It's notably lighter than many other conditioners. I'd recommend this to users looking for a lightweight conditioner that rinses out easily. Like the shampoo, this product is suitable for all hair types, except those with excessively oily scalps. It instantly makes your hair feel lighter and softer. Considering its high price point (especially compared to more affordable, value-for-money conditioners), the effects seem somewhat underwhelming. I wouldn't enthusiastically recommend it for this reason. It works even better when used with shampoo. My hair definitely feels softer, and the fragrance is more pronounced. The price is a bit high for the amount you get, and the ingredients could be better. I tried this as a hotel amenity! The scent is really lovely. It's not too heavy, making it perfect for everyday use. It's quite pricey and doesn't do much for damaged hair. I tried this conditioner as part of the hotel amenities. I loved how it made my hair feel soft immediately after use. It would probably be even better if paired with a hair mask. The downside, as expected, is the scent! When used together with the shampoo, the fragrance seems to intensify. This is the most softening conditioner I've ever used, and it smells great too. I use it with the matching shampoo. My hair used to be so damaged that I couldn't go without a treatment, but now this shampoo and conditioner duo is enough for my daily routine - perfect for busy mornings! The volume is quite small compared to the price... Recommend purchasing as a set with the shampoo
