I think the best thing about it is the generous amount you get for such a reasonable price. The hydration is fantastic - it feels like it creates a slight protective layer after application. This hand cream seems perfect for winter use! As the name suggests, I purchased it hoping it would benefit my nails too. It's great to apply frequently on areas where cuticles tend to form.
ConsFirst, the scent is quite disappointing. Initially, I couldn't use it because of the somewhat overpowering fragrance, but now I've gotten used to it and only use it at home. Also, if you don't wipe the nozzle clean after each use, the cream can build up and harden after just two or three uses, leaving residue stuck to the tube.
TipThis product is great for winter use, but it can create a slight moisturizing film, so use an appropriate amount.

My hands used to be extremely dry with severe eczema, to the point where they would bleed. But since using Kamille products, my condition has gradually improved. I primarily used the green variant, but decided to try the one with urea. It's a bit thinner than the previous product and has a richer feel. It's perfect for winter use.
ConsPersonally, I like the scent, but it might be polarizing. When I applied the hand cream, my mother said, 'What's that strange detergent-like smell?' (TMI: My mother generally dislikes scented products.) The formula is on the thinner side, so it tends to leak onto the cap. There's some emulsion residue around the opening that has hardened. It doesn't affect usage, but it can look a bit messy.

Other hand creams would either dry out quickly or feel sticky, with ingredients that seemed to just sit on top of the skin. But this? It's revolutionary! I now have silky smooth hands that feel like velvet.
ConsWhen I first bought it, I believe it was called 'Hand Repair' or something similar, but it seems the name has changed. Why does the design keep getting worse with each renewal? Also, the lid! It's so hard to open. You need to use a lot of force each time, and it makes a loud clicking sound. Plus, the hand cream leaks and dries up around the opening.
TipA little goes a long way because it's so hydrating.
