The good thing was... hmm... the fragrance may be divisive, but I personally loved it! That's about the extent of the positives...

I used the Cen* Pur*t Whip Cleansing Foam, but skin troubles started popping up, so I decided to try the products from Witch Factory, which are known to be free of chemical ingredients. Even though my skin was already sensitive due to the troubles, the refreshing scent made me hesitant at first. But to my surprise, the scrubbing particles gently cleansed my skin, and there was hardly any tightness after washing. In summary: Seems to be a good product even for sensitive skin!

I don't know if I picked it wrong, but it just kept leaking out. Right after opening it, too ㅠㅠ It wasn't even past the expiration date, but it felt so unsettling that I ended up throwing it away after using it for about two months... I don't usually use cleansers, but there are times when I have to. This one is soft, has a refreshing scent, and lathers up well! Even after using it, my skin doesn't feel tight and it's clean. It has a gentle feel to it!

It's good, smooth and moisturizing. It feels gentle, which is nice. It also helps a lot with acne.
Cons
The packaging. The lid wears out quickly, so it doesn't close properly, and the structure allows water to easily get in. When you open the lid, the water flows out with the contents. The contents become clear when water touches them. So even though there's still some left, I feel uneasy about it and end up throwing it away.

I have sensitive skin, so if I use the wrong product, I get breakouts on my face. But I've been using this product for about 4 years without any issues. It's not strongly cleansing, so it's good as a second cleanse. It doesn't feel slippery and rinses off quickly. I've tried a lot of Witch's Factory products, and many of them don't cause me breakouts. I've tried switching to other skincare, but I always end up coming back to Witch's Factory products.
Cons
The packaging... since it's a tube, I have to stand it upright on the bottom to use it. But after a while, the cap on the opening doesn't close tightly anymore, and the product starts leaking out and getting messy.
Tip
Using this product alternating with a five-grain latte seems to work well for me.
