I've struggled with seborrheic dermatitis for a while, and after much deliberation, I finally found this product. I bought it on a leap of faith, hearing about its quality ingredients, and wow, did it deliver! Since using this shampoo, my scalp - once covered in blemishes, scabs, and oozing - has calmed down significantly. The affected area has shrunk dramatically, and the itching has subsided too! Despite being a scalp treatment, it still lathers decently, making it less of a hassle to use. (When there's no lather, you end up using more product and feeling like you haven't cleaned properly - so frustrating!) The baby powder scent is delightful too. If you're battling seborrheic dermatitis like I was, I highly recommend giving this a try! Probably due to its effectiveness against seborrheic dermatitis, it does leave my scalp and hair feeling a bit dry. While the blemishes are almost gone, I still have some scabs, and occasionally experience some dead skin cells flaking off my scalp. It lathers well with a pleasant baby powder scent that doesn't linger too long. My scalp tends to get flaky when cold and occasionally develops blemishes. I was hoping for scalp improvement, but after using it for over two weeks, I didn't notice any changes for my scalp. Back to shampoo hunting... However, perhaps due to the black beans, my hair definitely feels stronger. It rinses smoothly even without conditioner or treatment. This would be great for those with normal scalps looking for hair improvement! Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations for improving a scalp like mine. Other aspects of the product are fine though.
