  Pros

  First off, as advertised for oily skin, its cleansing effectiveness was excellent, leaving my skin feeling squeaky clean. The scent is a slightly artificial lemon fragrance, but it's not off-putting.

  Cons

  On days when my skin was super sensitive, I experienced some tingling and itching. At first, I thought it might be due to something else, but when it got worse, I stopped using this product and the symptoms improved. My family members were fine with it, but I think some people might find it irritating depending on their skin.

  Pros

  I easily picked this up at a great price from the supermarket. I was on the hunt for a gentle cleanser that would work well for my super sensitive skin, so I decided to give this affordable option a try!

  Cons

  Oh no! As soon as I used it, my skin turned red and itchy. Since then, I've only been buying gentle cleansers with mild ingredients through the Hwahae app. I guess my skin is just too sensitive. It might work fine for others though...

  Pros

  The cleansing power is strong, leaving your skin squeaky clean. You could probably use this foam cleanser directly without needing to use cleansing oil or wipes first.

  Cons

  I've never had my skin react badly to any cleansing product or cosmetic before, but this was a first. I bought it in a hurry at a convenience store, but I guess it's better to invest in quality products. After washing my face, it immediately became red and blotchy, with hive-like bumps and itching. I never imagined a foam cleanser could cause this.

  Pros

  The foam is gentle and has great cleansing effectiveness. My skin doesn't feel dry after washing. My cleansing routine: 1st - cleansing oil, 2nd - foam cleanser. I'm very particular about cleansing since cushion makeup doesn't seem to come off completely. I'm the type whose skin reacts badly if I only use cleansing oil - to the point where I'd need to see a dermatologist. I've been using Missha's Micro Essence Oil-like Cleansing Oil, which is relatively okay for me. However, since it's oil-based, when I follow up with a low pH cleanser, it feels like there's still residue left. I was getting occasional blemishes when I happened to buy this foam cleanser - not intentionally, but because I forgot to pack my usual foam cleanser for a trip and had to grab something quickly at the store. Now I'm using this exclusively, setting aside my low pH cleanser. While I don't have acne-prone skin, I did have a few pimples on my chin. It might be my imagination, but since using this, my breakouts have stopped. Reading other reviews, I see some people experienced small bumps and irritation, but for me, my skin is actually becoming clearer.

  Cons

  It's unfortunate that it contains two types of PEG. I don't have acne, but I do have a kind of allergy that causes itchy, mosquito bite-like bumps that come and go. This had disappeared for a while when I was using only products with zero harmful ingredients. I'm not sure if it's because of this cleanser, but I've been experiencing it occasionally again lately.

  Tip

  This might work well for oily skin types after using a cleansing oil.
