I'm not sure if it's just mine, but the pump was problematic from the start and broke completely when I was about halfway through the bottle. Also, the fragrance is quite strong, which might be hit or miss for some people.

First off, I love that it's a body wash that also exfoliates. The best part is that it allows for daily dead skin cell management without being irritating. The sweet scent lingers even after washing, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It's also great value for money as a small amount produces plenty of lather.
