First off, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. The texture feels just like milk - so smooth and gentle on the skin.

When using it as your first cleanse, don't rinse it off immediately with water. Instead, try wiping it off with a cotton pad or sponge for more effective makeup removal.

There aren't any real downsides, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the amount is small so it runs out quickly. I wish they'd make a larger size!

Cleansing effectiveness - Being a milk cleanser, it's naturally not as strong as oil or water-based cleansers, but it's perfect for a second cleanse. I use this milk cleanser first, followed by a cleansing foam, and it removes everything thoroughly.

Since it's thicker than oil, it feels like I'm using it up faster. If it doesn't prove to be significantly better than using oil by the time I finish this bottle, I might go back to oil cleansers...
