There is not a single disappointing aspect. If I had to say anything, it would be that it is a multi-unit residential building.

The Hwahae reviews mentioned that there were a few sticky reviews, so I had been hesitant to purchase it... But lo and behold, it is absolutely not sticky at all and is the perfect cream for my extremely sensitive skin. I am extremely sensitive to stickiness, but this cream is just wonderful. 
The cooling sensation is also great. It applies smoothly and evenly, and after a brief wait, it quickly absorbs without leaving any stickiness behind. There is no itchy or uncomfortable feeling - it's just perfect. I'm so satisfied. I've been using the Wonder Pore Toner for over 10 bottles, so I decided to try the cream as well, and it seems I've found a holy grail product. Please never discontinue this. I've tried many moisturizing creams of this type and had mostly given up, thinking they just wouldn't work for me. But this is completely different from any other cream I've used. For reference, I have rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, and folliculitis, so my skin is extremely sensitive. I wish everyone could try this.

The disappointing part is that I still don't feel like it's shrinking my pores. It absorbs well and that's nice, but it doesn't seem to have that functional feel, which is a bit of a letdown.

It claims to reduce sebum and boost moisture, but it's really just a moisturizer-like texture. Pore creams can sometimes feel stiff, but this one is very hydrating.

Using a skin pad or toner pack before applying the cream seems to help the moisture last longer.
