The ingredients are a bit questionable... There's fragrance in it, which seems unnecessary. I would prefer it to be fragrance-free...

The texture is thinner than ultra-cream, so it absorbs well. My chin area and jawline were dry and rough, but after using it for about a week, they became smoother. It seems to work fine on oily areas, but I'm not sure about my forehead - it might be causing some blemishes. I'll need to use it more and provide an additional review!

This isn't a product you can apply right before makeup. If you're in a rush and try to put makeup on immediately after, it pills up like dead skin cells. You need to take time to let it absorb properly to avoid pilling. As someone who tends to slap on whatever's handy when I'm busy in the morning, I found I couldn't use this when I'm in a hurry. Also, while the matte finish is nice, I'm not sure what ingredients they've added to achieve this, but there's a very subtle feeling of heaviness on the skin. This might not be noticeable to everyone, so keep that in mind.

The texture feels refreshing. Some say the scent is artificial, but I find it inoffensive - a subtle cotton-like fragrance that's quite pleasant. A feature that could be seen as either positive or negative is how it dries to a matte finish. Because of this, I apply a richer cream around my eyes separately. I'd highly recommend this for those with oily skin, especially if you dislike a shiny T-zone. It leaves the T-zone feeling pleasantly matte. Best of all, it's incredibly affordable in Europe at just over 10 euros, which keeps me reaching for it. The great price has me on my third bottle already!

Once it dries, it forms a film on the skin. If you apply makeup over it, it may cause pilling. I recommend applying a thin layer or using it only at home.

Due to its oil-free formula, it seems to dry quickly. As a result, I find myself reapplying it multiple times. This could be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on your preference.

None, unfortunately... I had been using it comfortably for almost a month, but why suddenly did I get a crazy outbreak of tiny bumps and itchiness? I did switch cleansers in between, but even when I didn't use the cleanser and just washed off a mud mask before applying this after toner, I still got sudden tiny bumps and itching. I wondered for days what the problem could be, but it seems this product is likely the culprit...

Using this alone in winter can leave your skin feeling slightly tight. So I apply it occasionally when my skin feels oily or when I don't want a heavy skincare routine. I noticed that using it daily tends to cause blemishes. Looking at it now, it's probably due to the stearic acid. I won't be repurchasing this.

It absorbs gently and leaves the skin feeling hydrated. Instead of being sticky, it has a refreshing feel, almost as if it contains a bit of alcohol. A notable feature is its cool, soothing effect.

Quick-absorbing cosmetics always help save time in morning skincare routines. It's a godsend... and the ingredients are good too...

✔️ Don't mix with oils
- When trying to mix with Tamanu or Nuxe oil for evening care, it doesn't blend well and causes pilling. The ingredients added for texture seem to ball up. I recommend applying oils after this product has fully absorbed (which happens quickly).

✔️ Small size and hard to find in Korea
- While those who love derma cosmetics might often buy European products directly, it's difficult to find this product in regular Korean drugstores. It's not even listed on La Roche-Posay's Korean website. Since this brand's creams usually come in 40ml, if you find it suits you, stock up through direct purchase!

✔️ Better for morning than evening
- Even for oily skin, I recommend using products with some occlusive ingredients in the evening as you lose a lot of moisture at night. As great as the texture is, it's quite light. For lazy guys, though... just use it whenever.

La Roche-Posay was the brand I settled on after years of struggling with acne during my school days and countless visits to dermatologists. Back then, even the term 'derma cosmetics' was unfamiliar in Korea (it's actually just a marketing term used here). These products were only available in some dermatology clinics. Despite my limited knowledge compared to now, I used over 10 tubes of Effaclar H Cream simply because 'it didn't make my acne worse'. Later, I stopped using it when I noticed the high PEG content and triethanolamine (TEA) in the ingredients. After trying various moisturizers, I recently stumbled upon and fell in love with Hydreane Legere, which I've now adopted after checking its ingredients.

My skin is oily (combination dehydrated) and my current skincare routine is relatively simple:
Morning:
- La Roche-Posay Serozinc (mist)
- Bioderma Hydrabio Toner
- Hydreane Legere
- Dr. Jart+ Every Sun Day Moisturizing Sunscreen
- Bioderma Sébium Pore Refiner (as primer)
- Followed by makeup

Evening:

- A24 Aloe Soothing Gel + Tamanu Oil
- Eucerin Hyaluron Night Cream

Hydreane Legere advantages:
✔️ Fresh feel
- Absorbs quickly and finishes smoothly without stickiness. Since you apply many products in the morning when wearing makeup, an overly rich and sticky moisturizer can be burdensome after sunscreen. This product does its job while feeling light.

✔️ Ingredients
- While not explicitly marketed for sensitive skin like the Toleriane line, it generally has gentle ingredients. It contains fragrance, which might be hit or miss - it smells like mom's cosmetics from the 90s.

✔️ Suitable hydration for oily skin
- This is specifically beneficial for oily skin. Despite its matte finish that men would love, it doesn't contain harsh ingredients like ethanol often found in products for oily skin, yet provides sufficient hydration. Dry skin types might feel a lack of moisture if only using toner and this product. Consider the richer version from the same line (not a sales pitch - I'd recommend Toleriane Ultra, Eucerin, or Real Barrier for dry skin).

I bought a package of two and gave one to my mom.

Unfortunately, it stung my face terribly. It felt like I was scrubbing my skin with sandpaper. I've been using other La Roche-Posay products consistently, so I thought I'd give this a try too. But it was so irritating that I couldn't use it for more than a few days. This was a completely new and unpleasant experience for me. I'm really disappointed about that aspect.

During the fall and winter, my skin gets a bit dry, so I apply the Physiogel lotion. The amount is a bit disappointing, though.

This moisturizer has helped me, a moisturizer nomad, settle down for over a year. Despite having skin that is close to oily, it applies smoothly and keeps my skin hydrated. I had tried Physiogel cream before, but it caused breakouts, so I came back to this product.

But I'm not sure if it's just me,
it tends to cake up. 
I applied it before doing my makeup in the morning, and the foundation caked up, which really surprised me.
I tried applying it again the next day, and sure enough, it caked up.
Even after patting it in to help it absorb better, it still caked up a lot, and I'm not sure what to do about it.

While it may be a bit challenging to apply in the dead of winter,
as I have a combination skin type, it did not feel tight.
The formula is lightweight, and I did not experience any uncomfortable tightness.

I don't understand why fragrance is included in sensitive skin cosmetics.. It's irritating. And the usage feels like it has silicone in it, so if you like creamy textures that melt in like I do, the application might not be to your liking.

It applies lightly while still being moisturizing. The makeup also doesn't smear.
