Most importantly, after cleansing, my redness didn't worsen, and there were no adverse skin reactions, which made me think it might be okay.
ConsOn the second evening after use, my redness suddenly intensified, especially in blemish-prone areas, and even a healing mask couldn't easily calm it down. I struggled to cool down the burning sensation by fanning my face constantly. Fortunately, after washing off the healing mask and completing my skincare routine, it improved. There was a stinging feeling coupled with dryness. I thought my skin was getting better after a recent major flare-up, so I was really upset that it caused irritation. Also, the fragrance made it difficult to breathe while washing my face. It's like when you're in front of strong perfume and it gets in your mouth, making you cough. Absolutely not recommended for sensitive, seborrheic, or blemish-prone skin that's prone to itching or stinging.
TipI think this might be more suitable for those with oily skin and excess sebum production, but with a relatively strong skin barrier, rather than for those with compromised barriers due to sensitive skin, seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, folliculitis, or contact dermatitis. If you feel it doesn't suit you after one use, it's best to stop using it.

Plus, the ingredients seem quite good. However, I can't say much more since this product doesn't suit my skin.
ConsI've tried the entire line and even had a one-on-one consultation, but this cleanser just doesn't seem to work for me. While other products are somewhat usable, from the moment I started using this, my skin became extremely irritated with a burning sensation. I tried to push through, but it seems to have damaged my skin barrier that I had worked so hard to build up. My skin is now in complete disarray. Just to be sure, I switched back to my original Etude Soon Jung low pH foam cleanser, and the pain stopped. I'm really frustrated that something I used to improve my skin ended up causing problems. Although they say it's a very gentle product and that my skin must have become that sensitive, I think it's just that my skin doesn't agree with this product. There's no such thing as a perfect product that works for everyone. Anyway, if you have super sensitive skin, please consider carefully before using this. These days, there are many good products at affordable prices, so do your research well.
