I didn't experience any new blemishes. The spray power is decent, and it feels refreshing.
ConsHowever, considering the price, it runs out too quickly. Compared to other toners, I can't say its effectiveness justifies the cost, so I won't be repurchasing. Performance-wise it's a 4-star product, but I gave it 3 stars due to the price.
