But with Peripera, after receiving it as a gift, I've bought it twice more. 1. Application It's neither a water tint nor completely matte. The application is moisturizing, which is perfect for a tint enthusiast like me. It has a gel texture that spreads evenly + a water-based formula that absorbs quickly. It's my ideal tint that has it all. 2. Staying Power My lips tend to get dry (I often bite or chew my lips) and I have a habit of licking my lips, so I did reapply frequently. However, even after eating, the color stain remains quite well. There's nothing I dislike about this tint.
