The matte formula does mean the application can be a bit tricky. A lot of product tends to get picked up on the applicator tip, so you need to be careful with the amount when blending it out.

The matte finish has good lasting power and pigmentation. The color payoff is the actual pigmentation, not just a surface-level tint, which I really liked. After applying it to the lips and blotting once with a tissue, the lasting power is incredible.

While it can feel a bit warm, it's a cool-toned base color, and it works beautifully when paired with a neutral makeup look.

Carry it around and apply it well, and then add a layer of lip balm on top.

There is some staining, so it doesn't wipe off easily, but once you wipe off a little, it looks like just a tint on the lips...haha.

I came across the fall mute tone recommendation while watching YouTube, and decided to try it out. The mlbb grape-like color looks natural and beautiful. It's moisturizing when applied, but dries down to a completely matte finish, which I really like. The staying power is also great 🧡
