I'm currently using the ampoule, cream, and toner, and I just got the gel cleanser, which I tried right away! The scent is not artificial but subtly pleasant, and it's great for super sensitive skin without causing any irritation!
ConsIt doesn't produce as much lather as regular foam cleansers! The foam feels somewhat lacking, but I think that means it's gentler on the skin. (Additional note) The container is too long and thin, so it tips over easily when you tap it.

The transparent bottle lets you easily see how much product is left. The scent isn't overpowering, which is nice. With all the mask-wearing lately, my face has been looking quite dull, but this gel cleanser is gentle and non-irritating, making it great for daily use. After cleansing, my face feels soft and hydrated. In summer, I could skip toner right after, but now that fall's here, I definitely feel the need to apply toner immediately to prevent deep dryness.
ConsIt doesn't produce a rich lather, and its cleansing effectiveness might be a bit weak for removing makeup thoroughly, possibly leaving some residue. However, when I'm wearing makeup, I'm not too disappointed since I use cleansing oil first, then this cleanser, and finish with a toning pad for a thorough cleanse.

This gel cleanser has a vibrant green color. As someone who loves and regularly uses tea tree and cica products, I was satisfied with the ingredients. It's free from sulfates and PEGs. It's gentle enough for morning cleansing and also works well as a second cleanser in the evening. The finish leaves my skin feeling clean without excessive moisture, which suits my combination skin perfectly. It effectively controls the oiliness on my forehead and nose areas. I appreciate that they've put thought into the ingredients, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin like mine. The Hwahae Testers would likely approve!
ConsWhile it doesn't produce abundant foam, I understand this is due to the coco-betaine ingredient acting as a surfactant. The clean finish might not provide enough hydration for those with dry skin, although it didn't cause any tightness on my combination skin. Those with dry complexions might experience some deep dryness.

As someone with oily skin who's struggled with acne since a young age, I currently rotate between 4 different foam cleansers. Lately, I've been getting blemishes along my mask line from wearing masks. I was excited to try this for 2 weeks, as it contains cica ingredients known for their soothing properties and tea tree, which is effective for blemishes. The result? No new breakouts appeared during those 2 weeks, and existing blemishes seemed to shrink overnight. It seems truly excellent for calming the skin.
ConsTo be honest, I don't usually use gel-type foam cleansers because I'm not a fan of how they feel or smell. They tend to be slippery, and the lather isn't very rich. This one is no exception... It smells like dish soap and even the color is... well... However, while it is slippery, it does seem to lather better than other gel cleansers like the famous V-brand product from that pharmaceutical cosmetics company.
TipUse it in the evening rather than in the morning. And don't scrub your skin too hard just because it feels slippery!

Yay! As someone with thin skin prone to redness, I was looking for a gentle product, so I was excited to receive this. It's a gel-type cleanser that you mix with a bit of water to create a lather. While I usually have a knack for creating foam, this product doesn't seem to lather up as much as others. Instead of creating a rich, dense foam, it produces larger bubbles that quickly dissipate when applied to the face. The scent is mildly reminiscent of dish soap, as other users have mentioned, but it's not unpleasant.
ConsWhile it's nice that my skin feels less dry after use, I'm disappointed that it doesn't create a rich lather. Despite its good ingredients, the lack of foam means I end up rubbing my skin with my hands, which can cause some irritation.
TipThis product works well as a second cleanser after using an oil cleanser for your first cleanse.

Gentle 🌿 Looking at the ingredients, most of them are quite mild! And when I used it, I didn't experience any blemishes or irritation!! 2. Pump dispenser The container has a pump, which makes it really convenient to use! 3. Volume 200ml is truly... a generous size, so that's a big plus! 4. Tea tree Checking the ingredients, I noticed it contains a lot of tea tree extract! I'd recommend this to those who find tea tree works well for their skin!
Cons1. Lather Maybe because it's slightly acidic, the foam doesn't feel rich and doesn't lather up well. This was really, really, really disappointing. 2. Scent The fragrance is a bit like... dish soap? Hand sanitizer? It's a scent that those with sensitive noses might not appreciate. 3. Acne-fighting effect...? I didn't notice any particular effects. It wasn't especially good or bad.
TipI'd recommend using this for your morning cleanse rather than in the evening!

Texture: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ It's a low pH gel cleanser that leaves your skin smooth and hydrated after use! Cleansing effectiveness: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ I tested it on makeup removal: it works well on eyeshadow, leaves a bit of lipstick behind, needs a separate remover for eyeliner, and does a good job on sunscreen. Overall, I'd say it's above average. Recommended for those with dry skin!
ConsDue to its low pH, it doesn't create a rich lather on its own. More importantly, it didn't seem to agree with my skin... I unfortunately developed a large blemish, which was disappointing.
TipI recommend using a foam maker to create a richer lather!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try this great product! My skin type is sensitive and dehydrated. I used it morning and night for about two weeks. I was looking for a product that could remove sunscreen as a first cleanse when I won this event. After two weeks of use, I can say it effectively removes sunscreen as a first cleanse. Despite being a low pH product, it doesn't leave my skin feeling slippery after washing and gives a clean feeling. I liked that it's fragrance-free, and it seems to control sebum a bit, perhaps due to the tea tree ingredient. It didn't cause any blemishes and was generally pleasant to use, so I'll likely alternate it with other products.
ConsThe downside is that, similar to other gel cleansers, it doesn't produce rich lather, so you need to pump at least twice. The amount seems small compared to the price. In my case, my skin felt a bit tight after cleansing, but on the plus side, its cleansing effectiveness was good.
TipUsing a foam net can help create a richer lather for cleansing.

I usually use Mediheal's tea tree mask daily, and while the ingredients aren't identical to this cleanser, I'd say they're in the same league. That's why it suited my skin so well :-) ✔️Scent: It's technically unscented, but you can detect a faint blend of the added ingredients. It's not overpowering at all - you'd only notice if you deliberately sniff it. Personally, I prefer this subtle natural scent over added fragrances. It's gentler on the skin too. ✔️Cleansing effectiveness: Given that this product is slightly acidic, I felt its cleansing power wasn't extraordinary. However, since I always follow up with a foam or gel cleanser after my first cleanse, this wasn't an issue for me. ✔️Texture: I'm a fan of rich lather, so I always use a foam net. Since this product is a gel, the foam feels a bit more watery (less dense) compared to foam cleansers. Nevertheless, as you can see in the photo, it still produces a decent amount of lather.
ConsThere's not much to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, one pump might not be enough for a rich lather. You might need two pumps, which means you could go through the product faster than expected.
TipEveryone, use a foam net!

While it's good for evening use as well, it's especially suitable for oily skin types in the morning (it feels like it just removes excess oil and overnight dust). It's not heavy on the skin at all. • Zero irritation Being a low pH product, it doesn't cause any blemishes or irritation. While I don't have super sensitive skin and most cleansers work well for me, this one doesn't leave my skin feeling tight and is really nice. +++ One month update I've been using this product for almost 2-3 months now, but only for morning cleansing. The reason is that for my oily skin type, it's perfect for a gentle, non-irritating morning cleanse without feeling heavy. I'm very satisfied! Just dampen your face slightly, gently massage the cleanser, and your morning cleanse is done! You don't need to pump out a lot, so it lasts a really long time. Thumbs up!
Cons• Lather The lather isn't very rich - it's similar to the emulsification you get when you add water to cleansing oil. This might vary from person to person, but I found this aspect a bit disappointing for cleansing. The lack of foam makes the cleansing effectiveness feel a bit lacking... That's why I recommend it for morning cleansing! • Scent The scent is a bit off. It smells a bit like... detergent? It's not your typical cleanser fragrance. It's not a pleasant scent, unfortunately. I'm not too bothered by these things, so I keep using it. The scent isn't overpowering - you only smell it during cleansing, and it disappears after rinsing. By the time you finish your skincare routine, it shouldn't be an issue.
