As soon as you put it on the back of your hand, you feel a cool, refreshing effect. The cooling effect is said to instantly reduce skin temperature caused by sun exposure! It's especially good for summer use, and I highly recommend it for those who experience a lot of redness or burning sensations! The texture is thinner and more hydrating than a cream, but it doesn't run.
I can't think of any downsides. It seems like anyone could use this without strong likes or dislikes!
