Personally, I found that using the scalp brush along with the shampoo helped with exfoliation and gave me a thorough cleansing feeling all the way to my scalp.

While the frequent discounts and large size are positive factors, I think the cooling sensation of the ingredients may be divisive and not universally liked.

I purchased and used this product when it was advertised as being renewed.
As a large-sized shampoo, I was completely satisfied with the value! The fragrance was not too bad, and since I had previously used peppermint body wash in the summer and enjoyed the refreshing sensation, I was pleased to find that the shampoo also had a similar cooling effect.

I used the scalp brush together with the shampoo, and since it lathers well, a single pump was sufficient after thoroughly wetting my hair and scalp with lukewarm water. Using the scalp brush seemed to improve the cleansing of my scalp, and since this is marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I felt that the active ingredients could better penetrate my scalp with the brushing motion.

While I know this is not a medicinal product, I had hoped for some effect on hair loss, but I'm not entirely sure if it made a difference. My hair may have shed slightly less, but I'm not completely certain. I used up the entire bottle with this mixed feeling.

Due to my military background, my hair is short, and a single pump doesn't seem to create enough lather. Even after rinsing thoroughly, my hair still feels slick and greasy. Strangely, once it dries, it becomes stiff again - it's like a mix of stickiness and stiffness. I think this product would work well for people with normal or dry hair types, though.
