Even though I'm in my mid-20s, I was concerned about a couple of distinct wrinkles that had appeared on my neck at some point. Since I've had them since I was younger, I knew they wouldn't disappear immediately even if I started managing them now, but I didn't want them to get worse, so I searched the internet and found the Blooming Cell brand! I thought the cost-effectiveness was really good, and the pouch format seemed convenient for controlling the amount used. My skin is sensitive and prone to dryness, so I'm only using it on my neck and not my face, but it's been incredibly moisturizing. The long-lasting hydration is very satisfying.
Cons
There's nothing disappointing! While the pouch format is good, I wish there was also a full-size product available.
Tip
I use it twice a day - in the morning after my makeup, and at night before bed. The intense moisture has been amazing for my extremely dry neck, and it's giving a beautiful glow.

I have had vertical wrinkles on my neck since birth, and as I age, horizontal wrinkles are starting to appear. I purchased this product. I use a single-use portion twice, and it is hygienic, has almost no scent, and does not cause any breakouts. When I apply it consistently along with neck exercises, I feel like my neck is becoming more toned. I plan to continue using it regularly.

I have not had any issues so far. I am completely satisfied. I would also like to try other products from this brand.
Tip
I recommend doing neck exercises along with the 'Aeyeoyu' exercises and gua sha techniques.
