The distance from home to work is a 15-minute walk, so it's a bit awkward to take the car. I walk to work every morning as a form of exercise, but in the summer, I sweat profusely all by myself. When it comes to deodorant, I usually use Nivea. Among Nivea's products, the roll-on type is good to apply and dries quickly, but it's inconvenient for my busy mornings. The stick type dries well and is a bit more comfortable, but I don't use it often, so the contents dry up quickly, which is a shame. The spray type seems to be the one I reach for the most. When I purchase the large size, I also get the smaller size - I can keep the large one at home and carry the small one with me, which is very convenient!

Performance-wise, stick > spray > roll type. The spray is the most convenient to use. The performance is a bit lacking compared to the stick, but even so, the sweat odor comes out nicely, so I keep using it!

It seems more effective to spray the underarms with deodorant after a shower, when the skin is clean, rather than when already sweating.
