There is no special fragrance, and it is mild. It is not a completely watery formula, but the moisturizing is good. This formulation is not a complete solution, but it requires a lot of rolling when absorbing it. However, after doing it several times, it becomes moist and good.

I've been using As Is To Be for a long time, and I particularly love this toner. As someone with dry skin, watery toners often feel ineffective, but this one is perfect! I prefer toners with a bit of viscosity, and this one feels like a hybrid between an essence and a toner in terms of hydration. It's especially great in winter - I layer it two or three times before applying essence and cream, which provides excellent moisture. I wouldn't recommend this for those with oily skin or extremely sensitive skin. It might be a bit heavy for oily skin types, and I can't recommend it for those with currently hypersensitive skin. While I've used this product without any irritation on my sensitive, atopic-prone skin, when my skin recently became extremely sensitive due to a rebound effect, I felt a slight irritation. It didn't cause any breakouts or blemishes, but my skin just didn't feel as comfortable as usual. So, while it's likely satisfying for those with dry and sensitive skin, it might not be the best choice for extremely sensitive skin in need of intense soothing. For those feeling that cream alone isn't enough in this dry weather, I highly recommend this product! Absolutely amazing for dry skin! I've finally found the perfect toner that works wonders for me. I'm already on my fifth bottle! It provides excellent hydration and leaves my skin feeling plump and nourished. I can't think of any downsides. For me, it's simply the best! Just a friendly reminder: don't overdo it! This was my first toner, recommended by my family. To be honest, I'm just starting to take care of my skin, so I'm not sure what's good or bad yet. However, the overall experience seems positive. I can't think of any downsides... Since I haven't used it extensively, I haven't really noticed any specific drawbacks or inconveniences.
