Pros
It's great that it's not sticky and absorbs right away. I don't like strong scents, so I like that this is fragrance-free.
Cons
Sometimes my forehead gets itchy after a while of using it. That happened both times I only used this. It's a bit disappointing that when you press it, it drips down.

♡ Hwahae Trial Reviewer Review ♡ This is the first time I've been selected for the Hwahae Trial Reviewer program, and I've been using the Noni Perfect Design Essence from Beauticle! My usual skin type is sensitive + combination, but lately it's been on the drier side due to the cold weather. I don't have strong likes or dislikes about the ingredients, but I've been very interested in products with gentle formulas these days! When I checked the Hwahae app, I was happy to see that this essence has good ingredients. The texture looks like transparent water, but it's somewhere between water and gel. There's no added fragrance, so there's no special scent. I'm quite sensitive, so if a product doesn't suit my skin, I can tell right away. But when I used this, there were no issues with my skin at all!! And since I've been using my existing skincare routine without a toner, I used this essence as a toner step, and it made my skin feel nicely moisturized and refined the texture ♡ And the pump packaging made it easy to use!! This isn't a heavily moisturizing product, but since my existing skincare is a bit heavy, this helps add the right amount of hydration.
Cons
The opaque packaging that many people may find unappealing!! This is a bit disappointing. But since it's a pump bottle, it should be easy to use up the product till the end ㅎㅎ For me, the slightly cooling finish wasn't a downside, but if anyone doesn't like that, please keep it in mind ㅎㅎ
Tip
I usually use a slightly rich moisturizer and cream for my skincare routine, and when I pat this essence on generously like a toner, it gets absorbed well and immediately provides hydration! It's definitely not enough to use this on its own, especially in the winter, but I recommend it as a great way to balance out the moisture levels!

In summary, I felt that this is generally a mild essence, so it's a pretty decent product to use anytime or at any stage. I think it would also be good for soothing when there's a feeling of heat after dermatological procedures. Fragrance: It's almost fragrance-free. But it doesn't have the unpleasant scent of the raw materials themselves or the ointment-like smell of pharmaceutical cosmetics. It's close to being unscented. Texture: It has a thin, transparent texture. It's similar to a water-type essence, but compared to the water-type essences I've recently used, the viscosity goes: Sulwhasoo Secret Essence = The Face Shop The Therapy Treatment < Noni Essence < Too Cool For School Green Tea Treatment. I pumped it directly onto my face, and it didn't immediately start dripping down. Usage: When using a new product, I usually just use two things at first - a water-type essence and the new product (currently I'm using The Therapy Treatment as a substitute for the water-type essence). It didn't matter which one I applied first, as the absorption of the next product wasn't affected. Since both products have a water-like texture that flows easily, that's probably why. The Noni Essence can be used as a regular essence or as a first serum.

Moisturizing: Since the texture is thin, the moisturizing power is definitely weaker. In this cold weather (December), if I don't apply a lotion or cream on top, it gets so dry that I can't bear it. This is a Hwahae Trial Reviewer review! I was randomly selected and received this essence to try out! My skin type is extremely dehydrated and has severe redness, and my cheeks get very hot. Whenever I'm not feeling well or that time of the month comes, I tend to get pimples. However, my T-zone is very oily. I have an extremely combination skin type..haha First, the scent! The scent is not too strong, just a mild ~scent. At first, I was like 'Hmm?' but then I got used to the scent and didn't mind it anymore. It's not sour, not fresh, and not stuffy. ☞Texture Other people said it's like runny nose, and yes, it's exactly like that haha It's a clear water-like skin, but with a bit of viscosity? It's not sticky and doesn't cling to the face. The color is clear and transparent! ☞Spreadability The spreadability is excellent. It just glides on smoothly. It's so nice!! ☞Hydration After cleansing my face and patting it dry, I immediately applied the Caredoctor Acure pink skin lotion. Usually, when I only use skin and lotion, my skin gets too dry and feels tight, but this essence absorbs quickly and leaves a moisturized feeling. There's no residue either! Wow, it's so moisturizing! I've been using it diligently every morning and evening for about a week and four days, and I can see that my skin texture has improved and it feels smoother when I touch it! The ingredients are great, and it's such a kind essence!! So moisturizing!
Cons
The downside is that for someone like me with dehydrated skin, you'll need to apply a sufficient amount of moisturizer after using this essence! haha The essence alone is not enough to cover it, so my skin feels tight and my makeup cakes. Also, I couldn't tell the volume, so it was frustrating having to estimate it by weight. And I think I'll run out of it soon haha Other than that, I don't think there were any other bad points!
Tip
For those of us with dehydrated, dry skin types, be sure to apply a moisturizer! Using it alone is a no-no!

I'm very sensitive to scents, whether it's skincare or anything else. I often have breakouts due to fragrances, so I really liked the Noni Perfect Design Essence because it has no scent at all! I couldn't detect any fragrance even when I tried to smell it! After using it for a week, while it did claim to have whitening benefits, I didn't expect whitening results in just a week. However, it did help even out my skin tone a bit, which I really liked. And when I applied it right after cleansing, it felt so moisturizing and hydrating. The lasting power wasn't very long, but it did immediately get rid of any tightness. I think this would be a great 'average' essence for those who need one. The absorption was really fast, which was also great.
Cons
The disappointing part was that the volume is too small ㅠㅜ Please make a larger size as well. And the essence was too watery. It kept dripping down my hands, which was frustrating. And strangely, after applying it, there was a sticky, tacky feeling left on my hands, so I had to wash my hands after finishing my whole skincare routine, which I think is a downside.
