The ingredients are great! I find products with fewer, more focused ingredients to be gentler than those with a long list. This one has only 3 main ingredients, all plant-based. While it may not be a miracle worker, it's unlikely to cause issues. That's why I decided to purchase it. It's crucial to find the right combination with your other skincare products. The effects can vary depending on what you pair it with. I've noticed some improvement in skin texture, dead skin cells, and sebum control. The best part is how quickly you see results - within hours! The price is surprisingly reasonable for such quality ingredients. Thank you, and I hope your business thrives! I'm planning to try other products from this line. The packaging design is... well, let's just say at this price point with these ingredients, I'm grateful for even this simple, clean design. Pro tip: Apply a gentle moisturizing toner first, then use this product sparingly (like a toner, not slathered on) on areas where you want to improve skin texture or roughness. However, be cautious! Don't use this with strong exfoliating products or high concentrations of ingredients like retinol or niacinamide. It can damage your skin barrier instantly. It took me about two weeks to recover when I made that mistake. Always use it with gentle, hydrating products. When used correctly and in moderation, it's great for improving skin texture with minimal irritation. - ph****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDec 27, 2024
A watery toner with no stickiness. It's a decent, run-of-the-mill hydrating toner. I felt it would be better to buy a different microbiome ampoule or emulsion instead of this. Being a toner, it lacked nourishment, which isn't a flaw of the product itself but an inevitable limitation due to its formulation. - ka*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 11, 2024
Highly recommended for those who respond well to galactomyces. It's a reliable toner that effectively combats deep dryness. Great as an exfoliating toner, for absorption, and as a toner pack - versatile enough for various uses. For a single-ingredient product, it's quite pricey and unfortunately doesn't come in a larger size. It's heartbreaking every time I use it as a toner pack. It's crucial to patch test fermented filtrates before use! If your skin doesn't agree with galactomyces, you might experience more than just blemishes - it could lead to redness. - ma******Combination SkinRecommendedApr 19, 2024
I tried Galactomyces for the first time and was amazed on the first day - my skin had a glow and stayed bright all day long. I regretted not discovering this sooner! However, with daily use, it didn't seem as effective as initially, feeling more like a regular toner. When I took a break and used it again, I noticed the effects once more. Overall, it seems to help with dead skin cell management. The toner and essence types don't seem to absorb well. It takes some time for the skin to fully absorb the product. I found it even better when I transferred it to a spray bottle and misted it on. - ch*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 15, 2024
While the price is a bit steep, which is admittedly a drawback, the feel on my skin after use is fantastic. I apply it because it's said to prevent skin aging. The price, oh my! Couldn't you lower it a bit? It goes on quickly whether I apply it to my hands, face, or neck. I use this instead of toner. I follow up immediately with an emulsion. - ji*******Normal SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 1, 2024
This is a transparent water-type essence with galactomyces ferment filtrate. Just as described, it helps provide hydration and nourishment to the skin, resulting in a clear, radiant, and healthy complexion. I love it so much that I'm already on my third bottle! Compared to products with ingredients like houttuynia cordata, centella asiatica, or mugwort extracts, it has a smaller volume but comes with a higher price tag, possibly due to its unique formulation. Rather than using it as an exfoliating toner, I prefer to use it as an essence or layer it multiple times. It's also great as a mask - just soak a cotton pad generously and apply it to your face. - wo******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsDec 6, 2023
The affordable price and comfortable application are its two biggest advantages. The texture feels almost like water, making it easy to apply without any discomfort. I was a bit worried about the rumors of facial hair growth, but I didn't experience anything like that at all. The lack of noticeable effects is disappointing. While I didn't purchase it expecting miracles, I'm unsure about its performance both as a basic skincare toner and as a functional product containing galactomyces. It didn't seem to meet the expectations for either category. Nevertheless, it does provide hydration, which is a plus. - nt****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 16, 2023
I've been using Galactomyces for the first time, mixing it into my routine. The fact that it doesn't cause any blemishes is already a plus. It's like a placebo effect - my skin feels somehow more hydrated. I'm using hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and Galactomyces, but this one is the most expensive. I suppose it must be as effective as its price suggests? - jo********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedNov 12, 2023
I love all the One Thing products. I use this to make my own toner. Some people might not react well to fermented ingredients, so do a patch test before using it. - eu******Combination SkinRecommendedAug 8, 2023
This contains the key ingredients found in SK-II. Compared to that pricey product, this offers the best value for money. I'm really pleased with it. I felt this way about that expensive product too, but I'm wondering - does this really improve wrinkles as claimed? Use it like you would an essence.
