I tried a sample and I'm impressed! The cleansing effectiveness is truly excellent, it emulsifies well, and there's no residue even without double cleansing. It was good all around, which makes me wonder why it was discontinued.

This cleanser effectively removes mascara, base makeup, and sunscreen. It emulsifies well and rinses off cleanly. After washing, there's no dryness or tightness. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving any residue on the skin.

Oh no, why is this discontinued??? It was such a holy grail product... I'm more devastated about this being discontinued than when I got a D on my exam.

It cleanses well and leaves skin feeling fresh, which I love. Plus, the fragrance is pleasant without being overwhelming. It's not a harsh or overbearing floral scent, but rather an Espoir-like floral that doesn't bother me at all. I wish there was a fabric freshener with this scent!

The oil's scent reminds me of dishwashing liquid. Sometimes I wonder if I'm really using a cleansing oil. If I remember correctly, it's supposed to emulsify and function as a foam cleanser simultaneously, but if you skip the foam cleansing step, it leaves a slightly slippery feeling, which is disappointing because you can't really avoid that second cleanse.

As someone who prefers lightweight cleansing oils, this product's texture was exactly what I love. I usually only wear cushion foundation, brightening moisturizer, or mineral sunscreen, so I didn't necessarily need a deep cleansing oil, but I couldn't resist the sale. While I'm not familiar with how well it removes color cosmetics, it does an excellent job of removing base makeup. Even when I use an exfoliating toner after cleansing, I don't notice any residue, which makes me confident it cleanses thoroughly.

It seems to leave behind a peculiar slippery feeling. Definitely the type that requires following up with a foam cleanser.
