I'm absolutely ready to make this my holy grail oil for life, all thanks to Hwahae's recommendation! I used it in middle school but thought it didn't suit me, so I barely used it and tossed it. After that, I didn't even glance at the Migamsu line. But now, about 10 years later, Migamsu is making waves... Once bitten, twice shy, but if it's Hwahae's word, well... The ingredients are perfect! The price is spot-on! I'm thrilled with how it cleanses without leaving residue. No irritation and my face stays blemish-free!
The texture is absolutely awful, ugh! It's impossible to get used to. It's so slippery, I'm writing this review out of frustration from removing my makeup today. It doesn't feel like it's cleaning properly... and my eyes seem to sting for no reason. I'm so skeptical that I've tried wiping it off with a sponge multiple times, but there's no residue... It doesn't clog pores or cause blemishes either. Instead of feeling thick like an oil, it's just slippery. It's about five times more slippery than a low pH cleanser. It's as shocking as trying a low pH product for the first time! I want to avoid using a sponge to prevent physical irritation, but this oil makes me feel so uncomfortable that I keep using it. I end up being extra thorough with my second cleanse too, which might actually be more irritating.
I really want to buy something else and throw this away right now... but since the ingredients are good and it doesn't cause blemishes, I'll keep an eye on it. If this slipperiness develops into skin issues... even though Hwahae recommended it, and even if I can't find a good oil product, I'll switch to something else.
