I've never seen a product with better slip and glide than this one. The slip is so smooth that you can really feel why 'silk' is in the name. It just melts into the skin like silk, leaving a beautifully smooth and even finish that doesn't break down or separate around the nose over time.
As someone with an oily skin type, when the oil starts to come through, the matte finish isn't quite there, and I can feel the oil kind of floating on the surface of my skin. The coverage also seems a bit on the lighter side. I use shade 4, and if your skin has a yellow undertone, you really need to make sure to apply it all the way down to your neck to avoid that floating, disconnected look - it's quite a noticeable difference in tone, beyond just being lighter or darker.
