It seems to apply in a thin layer.
ConsNaturally, it's more of a hassle to apply than a cushion, so I end up not using it much.

It applies incredibly thin, makes your skin look amazing, and oh... The staying power is decent, and even when it fades, it does so gracefully without looking messy!
ConsAs expected, the price is... quite high, and the ingredients...? Those looking for high coverage might not be impressed!

While the coverage is a bit light, it creates a really beautiful skin finish. There's no pore-clogging, and even when it breaks down, it doesn't look messy, which I really appreciate.
ConsDepending on the brand, shade 23 can sometimes be too light, so I thought the 2-Go Cushion in 4.5 might be a bit pale and bought 5.5 instead. In hindsight, 4.5 probably would have been fine. Some say the ingredients aren't great, but since I don't have blemish-prone skin, I can't really tell the difference.
TipIt works well with both a damp beauty sponge and a brush. I also found it blends nicely when mixed with The Face Shop's Ink Lasting Foundation that I already had.

ConsThe price is a bit high... And my friend with dry skin said it was too matte for her.
TipI apply this at home and then touch up with a cushion compact when I'm out.

I bought the Lasting Silk as it's the best-selling and most popular. The shade 5.5 is great even for men. My complexion usually falls between 24-25, typical for men, but this gives a slightly brighter look while applying thinly. It pairs excellently with a damp beauty sponge. Among liquid types, it has an incredibly lightweight and silky texture. The finish is semi-matte and velvety. Its absorbs exceptionally well, with fine powder particles that blend seamlessly into the skin - I'm really satisfied! The staying power is decent too. When it does break down, it mixes with natural oils but fades gracefully.
ConsAs impressive as the application and feel are, I was disappointed by the ingredients list! However, even considering that, I'm still very satisfied with this product. I wish they'd import more shades, especially 6 and above, to offer a wider range of choices...
TipYou need to blend quickly as you apply. It's quite runny and sets fast. For clumsy hands like mine, I recommend using it with a damp beauty sponge!

It's a bit dark for me too, but since I have a deeper complexion, it looks natural. It applies thinly and when it fades, it does so beautifully.
ConsI heard it contains some questionable ingredients, and unfortunately it doesn't agree with my skin. The coverage is also quite sheer.

I'm a man and my current skin condition is combination. In the summer, the area around my cheekbones and nose gets oily, but the cheeks and around the mouth are significantly dry, and although others think my skin tone is bright, it's not actually that bright. It seems to be an optical illusion of the skin tone. I still don't know if I'm a warm or cool tone. And my pores are wide, but I don't have many blemishes or breakouts. 1) Spreadability: I hated having the store staff test it for me, so I just asked them to squeeze it onto the back of my hand and patted it on while looking in the mirror. Normally when you apply it hastily like that, it can emphasize flakiness and cling, but this had an incredibly smooth, seamless application. 2) Coverage: The key point of foundation is coverage, but the more coverage, the more noticeable it tends to be. My dark circles are quite severe, but it couldn't fully cover them. But why do I use it? It really perfects my skin beautifully. It's not an absolute coverage that can conceal all blemishes, but it softly corrects/improves even those blemishes. 3) Shade: I heard Armani's shades run bright, and they really are bright. I tested 5 and 5.5, and even though they applied sheer, I didn't feel there was a huge tone difference between them. The 5.5 I purchased had a slightly more muted, natural feel that I liked. But it's still quite bright. It has an orange-y yellow base, and the best part is there's no ashy tones. Guerlain and Estée Lauder also have yellow undertones, but they end up looking flat and chalky on me, which I didn't like. Armani doesn't have that issue, so I'm satisfied. It looks very high-end. 4) Longevity: Since the weather has gotten cooler, the longevity was quite good. As time passed and my face warmed up a bit, there was some transfer, but it didn't look broken down at all - more like a tinted effect remained on my face. I'm not sure if I'd say the longevity is great, but if you don't touch your face, when you look in the mirror, like in an elevator, it's still nicely perfected.
Cons1) The ingredients seem shamelessly like a corrupt insider. On the surface, it acts all grand and noble, but behind the scenes, it seems to be taking in everything it can and engaging in all sorts of corruption and misconduct. 2) Price: Fortunately, I travel abroad often, so I can take advantage of duty-free opportunities, which makes it a bit better. But I think this foundation has the technical capabilities to justify its price range. I believe it's worth the investment.
TipSince I've only just tested and purchased it, I don't have any special tips. Even when I just slap it on with my fingers, it blends in smoothly without any cakiness.
