My seborrheic dermatitis and eczema were so severe that I desperately tried this famous Barricor product, but the body wash alone did not improve the condition at all. However, after reading other reviews, I saw that many people experienced positive effects, and the ingredients do seem to help regulate sebum, so I'm continuing to use it consistently. The fragrance is not too strong, but it's not particularly pleasant either.
