Texture It dispenses like the toner used by Noh Hong-chul on 'Infinite Challenge' - the product comes out in a steady stream. The texture is similar to a regular water-based toner. Compared to the Artemisia toner, it has a bit more richness? I'd say it's more hydrating. However, it doesn't feel as moisturizing as a cream skin, and it's not quite enough to use as an all-in-one product. When used as an absorption toner or watery toner, it feels similar to a typical water-based toner. 2. Scent I can't pinpoint the exact scent, but there is a subtle fragrance. It's almost unscented though. 3. Effects It's gentle and non-irritating.
Cons1. Texture When using it as an absorption or watery toner, controlling the amount can be a bit tricky at first, but you'll get used to it. 2. Effects I didn't notice significant improvement in my complexion...
TipIt works fine as an absorption or watery toner, but when I soaked a cotton pad with a large amount for a skin pack, it didn't absorb well and left my face feeling greasy. I wouldn't recommend using it as a skin pack on the T-zone (especially for those with oily skin).
