Comparing with Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream: Both help with the skin barrier and are thick creams with granules, so I wanted to compare them. What I like is that this cream doesn't contain stearic acid or palmitic acid, which are in the Illiyoon cream, and it has no pore-clogging ingredients at all. That alone makes me happy. Even though I don't have sensitive skin, the Illiyoon cream always made my pores feel clogged, felt heavy despite my dry skin, and even caused blemishes. I also experienced burning and redness a few times due to the stearic acid. However, this product provides excellent hydration without feeling heavy, at least for my dry skin. It feels like it's giving my skin exactly what it needs! The scent is not irritating, almost fragrance-free. I've never had blemishes with it, and among all the barrier creams I've tried, this is the only one that truly feels like it's protecting my skin barrier! Comparing it to other creams, I'm not a big fan of Physiogel, but I'd say this product is just as good if not better than Physiogel or Bioderma. It certainly doesn't feel inferior. If you have combination dehydrated skin but prioritize hydration, I'd recommend this product over Physiogel or Illiyoon. My younger sister, who has oily, acne-prone skin, tried it a few times and liked it so much she kept using it! I think it's because it doesn't feel pore-clogging, sticky, or heavy compared to the other two products.
The amount is a bit small... And the packaging makes it hard to control the amount. If you press even slightly, too much cream comes out at once.
For students, it might seem a bit pricey for the amount, but excluding drugstore products, I think it's a reasonable price. Considering the price, I still recommend this product. I'll likely repurchase it.
