I tested this product by applying it only to my blemish-prone areas, but unfortunately, I didn't see much improvement. The alcohol scent is overwhelming. First off, I have combination dehydrated skin that's prone to blemishes! I've been constantly changing my skincare routine because products that worked fine would suddenly cause breakouts. But I'm here to share my experience with this product - it's amazing at calming and soothing my skin whenever blemishes pop up! What I love about this serum is that it's not overly rich and it adheres to the skin beautifully when applied. The texture is really nice. Whenever I feel a breakout coming, I use this serum for a few days and simplify my routine. It works wonders for calming my skin. I highly recommend this to anyone whose skin can suddenly react to products that were previously fine. The bottle is on the smaller side, and I'm already almost out, but I'm definitely repurchasing! The scent is the biggest hurdle! When I first tried it, the alcohol smell was so strong I thought I might have gotten a bad batch. It's pretty intense. However, it's worth powering through because the soothing effects are really good. The other downside is the price... It's a bit steep considering you only get 30ml for $33. That's quite pricey. I'd recommend trying to snag it on sale if you can. It pairs well with Daiso The Lab by Blanc Dewy Cream and Kimjungmoon Aloe Cream (not the 2x version). I recommend trying these combinations!
