The watery texture makes it very easy to apply. It's affordable. The coverage is quite good. I noticed that my pores disappeared right after application..!
ConsI apply a night cream before bed, then just cleanse with a cleansing tissue in the morning and put on a light sunscreen, followed by foundation. The areas outside the mask, like my forehead and cheekbones, stay well-fixed. However, the area around my nose gets oily and the makeup gets dissolved and wiped off. The area around my mouth and chin gets very dry and clumpy with oil and sebum. I try to wipe it off with a wet wipe, but it just smears around and doesn't come off at all (though the staying power is good). I think I need to rebuild my skincare routine and use it more to see better results.
TipThe nose area in the photo is intentionally rubbed to show how much it transferred, but the cheeks were left untouched. The mask transfer is manageable.

It applies well with a cushion puff and doesn't set too quickly. ☘️ Lightweight Formula It's not thick and has a layered, thin feel, so it's not heavy or stuffy. ☘️ Satin-Matte Finish It's not completely matte, but has a satin-matte finish. It's slightly dewy yet powdery. As a combination skin type, it seems better suited for transitional weather than high summer. ☘️ Affordable Price The price has increased with the reformulation, but it's still quite affordable. You can often find it on sale for around 15,000 won. ☘️ Relatively Good Ingredients The neutral beige shades seem to have pretty good ingredients, but the tan shades have a few less desirable ones. Overall, the ingredients are relatively decent for a base makeup product.
Cons💦 Leaves Marks After Application Right after application, puff or finger marks are very visible and easily smudge. It gets better over time. 💦 Emphasizes Pores After application, the uneven texture and pores become very pronounced. 💦 Unflattering Breakdown + Easy to Remove Over time, it creases, emphasizes texture, and gets shiny. The coverage fades unevenly - it disappears from the nose but gets dry and flaky around the mouth. 💦 Transfers Onto Masks Despite the claims, it does transfer onto masks, especially as oil comes through.
Tip💛 To improve longevity, use a mineral sunscreen instead of a chemical one before foundation. 💛 I use the VDL foundation in shades A03-A04, and the tan shades matched me well.
