I bought this after getting a recommendation from an esthetic clinic, as I found using just Biofil and Blue Blood Gel a bit drying :) It moisturizes without feeling heavy, even for combination dehydrated skin, thanks to its balanced richness. I have acne-prone skin, but I've been using it without any irritation. It has a comforting scent, similar to baby powder, like a body emulsion. I love that it comes in a hygienic airless pump container for easy and clean application. I was slightly disappointed to find on Hwahae that Neoderma doesn't completely eliminate all potentially harmful ingredients, despite what the esthetic clinic claimed. Those with oily skin might find it a bit heavy during summer. The high price point and limited availability (only through esthetic clinics) are drawbacks. A full pump dispenses quite a lot of product. For combination dehydrated skin, using about half a pump provides just the right amount for application.
