  Pros

  Using this at night and washing it off in the morning left my skin noticeably hydrated. I especially loved that it eliminated that typical post-cleanse deep dryness. My mother and I both used it, and she liked it so much that she even shared it with my aunt!

  Cons

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I noticed that over-hydrating my oily areas can sometimes cause blemishes. My mother, who has very dry skin, found it perfect. For me, it's not a major issue - I've learned that applying a thin layer before bed or just on needed areas works well for my skin type. Once this one's finished, I'll probably buy another for my mother.

  Tip

  There's a small silicone spatula available at Daiso for just 500 won. I recommend using that to apply the product - it keeps your hands clean and helps you layer it on thinly.

  I was debating which sleeping pack to buy and decided to try the most affordable option. It turns out to be an incredible value for money! The texture is slightly runny, and there's hardly any scent. The ingredients are great too! Even though I have extremely dry skin, this seems to provide sufficient hydration despite its thin consistency.

  Cons

  If you're really concerned about moisturization before bed, I wouldn't recommend this product as it's quite runny. It's almost fluid enough to drip, though it doesn't stain the pillow. In any case, if you dislike thin sleeping packs, this isn't for you.

  The texture is like a plump, gel-type hydrating cream. The cabbage sleeping pack absorbs smoothly without being sticky, which is why I, with my dry skin, typically use it during summer. I repurchased it this time because I'm much more satisfied with its light finish and bouncy hydration compared to other brands' sleeping packs. The skin stays moisturized for a long time, so there's absolutely no feeling of deep dryness when I wake up in the morning. Plus, my skincare routine and makeup absorb well after cleansing. Except for winter, I apply it alone. For dry skin like mine, the gel-like texture might be slightly insufficient in winter, so I mix it with oil. This keeps my skin feeling hydrated for longer, which I love.

  It feels plump and moisturizing. The hydration is nice at first. The scent is fresh but has an artificial note to it. The ingredients are good quality.

  There's a slightly sticky feeling. It tends to rub off on pillowcases. After sleeping with it on, the moisturizing effect isn't as strong as a regular sheet mask. It doesn't really have a calming effect on the skin. This sleeping pack lacks the appeal and benefits you'd expect.
