Plus, it's a whopping 500ml - that's enough to last you half a year! Gentle and focused on the basics The ingredient list is simple. It contains some red food extracts, and the rest is clean without silicones. They've clearly put effort into researching the formula, not just making it affordable. Clear concept with red food ingredients It contains red food ingredients known to be good for skin elasticity. The beauty industry often gets fixated on 'red', and this product is no exception. It includes hibiscus extract. While I'm not sure how much hibiscus actually helps with elasticity, I appreciate that they've made the product naturally red without artificial colorants. Rich, elastic texture This could be both a pro and a con, but true to its 'elasticity' claim, the texture is incredibly rich and bouncy. It's like stretchy cheese! As a result, it's also quite moisturizing.

  Pros

  I bought the Red 3-piece set from the Gray Merlin official site during a sale. The price was in the 30,000 won range for all three, so I purchased without much thought. But wow, I was shocked by the volume when it arrived! At first, I thought they'd sent me rice bowls. If you're only applying it to your face morning and night, there's enough product to last about 2 years. The texture is rich and creamy, but I felt it absorbed a bit slowly. I often had the sensation of the cream sitting on top of my skin, typical of thick creams. When I applied it at night and woke up in the morning, my skin was quite dewy, but it also seemed brighter. Interestingly, although it claims to improve wrinkles, I noticed more of a brightening effect on my complexion.

  Cons

  When I use the toner, ampoule, and cream from the 3-piece set in that order, for some reason it feels like it's not absorbing well and keeps pilling. I'm a bit worried about contamination and spoilage because the volume is so large, even when using a spatula.
