I've always trusted Sidmool for their gentle products. Since aloe packs are all the rage these days, I decided to try Sidmool's version instead of my usual one. Let me share what I liked about it! 1. It's for oily skin, so it doesn't have that super shiny or sticky feeling typical of soothing gels. 2. The tube packaging makes it convenient to use! 3. Sidmool's key strength: it's gentle (though it may sting on irritated skin). 4. It's fragrance-free (attention aloe-scent haters: this is perfect for you!) 5. It's made with Jeju aloe vera leaf water, which makes it even more trustworthy.
ConsOn the flip side, here are some downsides: 1. As mentioned earlier, it can irritate sensitive or damaged skin. 2. If you apply a bit too much, it pills up like dead skin cells. 3. The 165ml size feels small for the price (not happy about that).
TipFor those of you with combination skin like me, apply different products to different areas. For example, use Sidmool on your oily T-zone and a more hydrating product from another brand on your dry cheeks. If you find it works well for you after testing, try this tip: apply a thicker layer to desired areas, then gently pat with a cotton pad slightly dampened with cool or filtered water. Not recommended before makeup due to pilling. Wishing everyone beautiful, glowing skin!

ConsIf you pat it in for too long to absorb, it starts pilling like dead skin cells.

I recommend it to those whose skin responds well to aloe.
ConsThe oil and moisture balance isn't ideal, so you need to add other products to your routine. While it absorbs decently, it tends to pill like dead skin cells. I didn't notice any significant effects or improvements on my skin.

Both are lightweight and refreshing, but I find the aloe to be more soothing. I used to use it myself, but these days my husband with oily skin is the one who really enjoys it.
ConsYou need to be careful with the amount you apply, as using too much can cause it to pill like dead skin cells.

I really like that.
ConsThere's some pilling, similar to dead skin cells, and it takes a bit of time to absorb well.

Despite my super sensitive skin, it worked well for me, and I intend to keep using it as part of my skincare routine!
ConsIf you apply too much, it can pill like dead skin cells, so I recommend spreading a moderate amount. Rather than using it alone, it's better to let it absorb fully and then apply another hydrating or moisturizing cream on top.

ConsA few disappointments: - Seems my skin doesn't agree with the aloe ingredient - Blemishes appeared and skin felt itchy the day after application - Tends to pill
TipAloe isn't suitable for all skin types, so patch test with a small amount first

ConsI've tried using it as a thick skin pack, but it hardens and pills off like dead skin cells, making it difficult to use as a mask. Other than that, everything else is great!
TipIt's nice to use it cool, or you can add half of this instead of water when doing a modeling mask

Now, a month later, I've emptied one bottle and I'm off to grab two more! I had a bit of prejudice against Sidmool because a previous product didn't suit me, but that's all gone now. I'm in love! It's become my holy grail for my super sensitive, extremely dry, allergy-prone skin.
ConsI tend to apply a lot, but it pills like a peeling gel. So I end up piling it on and avoiding touching my face. If I touch it, it comes off like dead skin cells.
TipUse it cold and apply generously like a soothing mask! It's affordable, so don't be shy with the amount you use.

While others tend to feel like they've dried up rather than being absorbed, this product seems to maintain its moisturizing effect for a longer time.
ConsHowever, if you fail to control the amount... it can pill like dead skin cells. At first, I didn't know and rubbed it in vigorously. When I saw something coming off, I thought it was dead skin and was quite startled!
