I'm not really sure, to be honest. I don't know if it's making my skin more moisturized or what.

I felt my skin become moisturized as soon as I applied the face mask! There is a lot of cream in it!

- The pad attached to the mask allows for exfoliating before using the mask, and the pad was nice. - While it wasn't a personal positive for me, some people may see the divided upper and lower parts as an advantage. - The mask size is on the larger side, so it fits loosely. - The design where the lower part of the mask wraps around the chin is the part I like the most. - The essence is also quite generous in amount.

- I bought it because it was the #1 item at the duty-free shop. (In hindsight, it seems like it was just a power ad to boost the ranking) After using it, I developed hives. I thought maybe my skin condition was off, but the hives kept coming up every time I used it. Later, I saw on Hwahae that there was an ingredient that didn't agree with me. - It's also absurdly expensive. The top and bottom were separated and the material was different, so I liked it. There weren't too many unnecessary ampoules, so it was convenient.
Cons
Maybe because I have sensitive skin, I broke out in severe hives the very next day after using it. Those with sensitive skin should be careful.
Tip
For those with small faces, no matter how much you stretch it, it becomes too big. You should definitely cut around the nose or chin area. Otherwise, it just floats in the air and you don't even get the full pack effect!

The instructions were not difficult to follow. It was fine to attach the top and bottom parts separately.
Cons
The bottom pack didn't seem to suit me, and I had a terrible breakout. I'm not sure if it was because of that or the masks I've been wearing lately due to COVID-19, but I had a massive outbreak on my cheeks and chin.

Since I have sensitive skin, I've been looking for all kinds of cica face masks, so I'm not sure if this product is right for me. When I only bought one before due to the high price, it was fine - it temporarily made my skin feel plump and bouncy.
Cons
I don't know if it's because of fine dust, but lately my skin has been in a sensitive state, and after using the mask, a small pimple that was there before grew big and red and felt hot the next day. It says the ingredients can cause dryness, which was my mistake for buying it without checking.
Tip
I bought it because of the 1+1 event, but for those with dry and sensitive skin, I recommend testing it first. It's a waste of money, but it's hard to undo the damage to your skin.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but I didn't really feel anything... After using it, there was no noticeable difference in terms of being more moisturized or calmed down. It really had no effect at all.
Cons
I bought it because of the many positive reviews. They said it's a sheet mask that you apply directly to your face... So I diligently applied it, stretching it to fit my face. But then it went back to its original shape, and the tight part covered my lips and started pouring the essence into my mouth like crazy. On top of that, the ingredients aren't good, and with the bad stuff going into my mouth, I just felt even worse. (ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠ) After using it, my face got incredibly itchy and hot, and when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked to see that I had turned into a bright red apple... 😫 (My skin is usually pretty tough and doesn't get easily disturbed ㅠㅠ) I realized what was happening and quickly washed my face thoroughly, sprayed a calming mist, and managed to stop the disaster. But I don't understand why they would over-market such a harsh product as something good...
Tip
If you use it for a long time, you might experience those kinds of symptoms.
