It has probiotic ingredients, and the Cynic First Essence is famous, and the discontinued All-Day Toner that I used to really like, so I trusted and bought it. The texture is not runny, but for a toner, it's quite moisturizing. I used it when I wanted to avoid irritation after exfoliating.
ConsIt doesn't help with exfoliation at all, and when I use pore toners or pads, it's not like that. Even when I soak a cotton pad with this and try to exfoliate, it creates flaky skin around my nose and it doesn't clean the area. A moisturizing toner should make the flaky skin disappear, but it's still there and it seems to cause more flakiness. If I use a too low pH foaming cleanser, my skin type doesn't get fully cleansed, so the skin around my nose and the flaky skin remains, and this toner seems to do something similar.
