I bought 5 of these, trusting the Mediheal brand, but after using just one, I haven't touched them since. Typically, I leave mask packs on for 15-18 minutes before removing, but this one takes longer and leaves my skin feeling really dry shortly after application. Even with serum underneath, it felt like the product was sitting on top of my skin rather than absorbing properly. The ingredients might not be as gentle as claimed, as I woke up with a few blemishes the next day. This mask just didn't work for me (I have combination, super sensitive skin prone to blemishes, redness, and heat sensitivity). I've gone back to using my usual Mediheal masks. Unfortunately, this was the first disappointing mask pack I've experienced from their product line.

1. While there was a cooling effect during the mask application, my face became unbearably itchy right after removing the mask and applying the ampoule - like the irritation of hair sticking to your face. I ended up washing my face again and only applying moisturizer. Terrible experience. Those with sensitive skin, please check the ingredients carefully. 2. The sheet is extremely thin and dries out quickly for a 30-40 minute treatment. A thicker gel sheet would be better for longer use. With this thin product, you need to monitor your skin condition closely. 3. There are many excellent masks that offer better value for the regular price of 5000 won. I bought it at a 50% discount, but I won't repurchase. Although the ampoule is meant for multiple uses, it's exposed to air after opening, making it impractical to use for more than a few days.
Tip
I recommend purchasing other cost-effective masks instead.

Cons
As someone with super sensitive skin, I often experience stinging and discomfort when using new products. Unfortunately, this mask made my eyelids and chin area tingle uncomfortably. It even felt itchy and irritated my neck! Initially, I thought the sheet was too thick, but it turns out I was supposed to peel off one layer. The separation was so subtle that I didn't notice and used it for about 10 minutes before realizing my mistake!
Tip
Make sure to carefully examine and remove the extra layer from the sheet mask before applying.

Pros
The mask sheet adheres perfectly to the skin, making it so comfortable to use. Even though you need to keep it on for 40 minutes, it stays put really well. After removing it, my skin definitely feels super hydrated and plump.
Cons
Something didn't agree with my skin. After removing the mask and applying the serum, my skin suddenly became very itchy and hot. Some even got inside my lips, causing them to swell. The serum feels quite oily and takes far too long to absorb.

Even though my skin is super sensitive, I didn't experience any itching while using this mask. Up until I applied it...
Cons
I'm not sure if it was because of the included ampoule, but after applying it and lying down to sleep, my face became unbearably itchy. By morning, the itching had intensified even more.
Tip

I felt fine the day I used it, but the next day I noticed some small, whitehead-like blemishes (both mature and immature) appearing. While I can't be certain it was due to this mask, the finish felt like the ampoule was coating my skin with oil. I wonder if the ampoule was too rich for my skin.
Tip
As the sheet mask started to dry, I applied some of the remaining essence on top of the sheet. Usually, if a mask works really well for me, I'll use the leftover essence the next day by applying it to a cotton pad as a mini-mask treatment.

When I first used this, my lips felt itchy and it seemed like dead skin cells were forming. Small bumps, almost like cold sores, appeared on my lips. Afterward, unsure if it was due to this product, I stopped using all products I had applied that day. My lips returned to normal, and to identify the problematic item, I tried this product again. This time, instead of affecting my lips, small bumps appeared on my cheeks and forehead. However, it could simply be that this product doesn't suit my skin, so I'm giving it two stars instead of one.

It's so hydrating! After wearing the mask for 40 minutes, I could really feel my skin being replenished with moisture. There's so much serum in the packet, you could even save some in an empty bottle for later use!
Cons
Despite using only a tiny amount of the serum after reading the reviews, I still ended up with three large blemishes on my face...
