It was certainly not an irritating cosmetic and was quite mild. I think it would be perfect for those with oily or combination skin to use in the winter, as it has a moisturizing feel to it.
ConsThe product is not as remarkably moisturizing as the description claims, so I hope people do not misunderstand and purchase it expecting exceptional moisturization.
