Pros
The moisturizing is great! First, I looked into the ingredients and found that they are gentle. So I don't have to worry too much about breakouts. When I tried it, no breakouts came up, which was a relief. The price is also quite affordable. The formula is not too watery, so there's no concern about it running down my face when applied. I usually have to apply 2-3 layers of a watery serum, but this one is sufficient with just one application.
Cons
It might be the formula or my dropper...it just doesn't seem to apply very well. I had to try 5 times and it only worked 2 times...this is the first time I've experienced such poor application. If it's not an issue with my dropper, I hope this can be improved.
Tip
I don't have any tips yet...but for this type of serum, I just apply one serum and one cream. I'm worried about potential breakouts later on. Some people say they apply a generous amount at night before bed...this also seems like a good cost-effective tip.

Pros
It's really, really moisturizing and the texture is so bouncy, so the moisture absorption is really great! It's not a refreshing finish, but I actually prefer a slightly sticky feeling left behind, so I felt like it was properly moisturizing haha The case is also plastic, so it's lightweight and there's less worry about it shattering like glass, and it's also less burdensome to store.
Cons
There's a faint rubbery scent ㅜㅜ I can't tell if this is the scent coming from the dropper or the product itself;; Also, the dropper doesn't fully reach the bottom, so while I haven't used it all up yet, I'm worried about how I'll be able to get the last bit out when I'm running low😭😭
Tip
I think it would be better suited for dry skin types rather than oily! When applying, first spread it all over your face, then pat it in thoroughly with your hands for better absorption! After that, if you apply a lotion or cream as the next step, the moisturizing and hydrating effects will be maintained^^

Pros
I was debating whether to buy this or Sicanoid, and ended up getting the Probiotic Intense Ampoule and Cream together! The ampoule has a slightly thick texture, but it absorbs well and has good spreadability. It's also affordable, mildly acidic, and I think it's better for the skin. Using this ampoule and then the cream from the same line is just wonderful. Personally, I find the cream has a yogurt-like texture - not too light, but not overly oily either. After applying, there's no dryness, it just feels great.
Cons
This is the reason I came to write a review. Everything is so good, but the dropper doesn't work at all - no matter how much I press it, no ampoule content comes out!!!! I've gotten frustrated and just end up opening the cap and scooping it out with my palm to use it. So after finishing this, I might try Sicanoid instead, since it has a similar packaging design, and I'm worried the dropper won't work for that either. Ugh.

The product is nicely moisturizing and feels gentle. It seems to alleviate dryness.
Cons
The dropper is really problematic. The contents don't come out. The contents are too thick, so they don't come out well :( That's the real issue.

I usually have very dry skin. This product has good spreadability and is not heavy or refreshing, yet it does not lack moisture at all. It's not sticky, and it's been a while since I've used a product that doesn't pull on my skin like this. I tried it because it's slightly acidic, and I'm using it very well without any skin irritation. My husband has rough hands, and after trying this, he immediately said it was good and asked me to buy it for him too, so I did.
