  Pros

  The texture is so rich and creamy! It feels a bit heavy now in summer, but I think it would be amazing for hydration in dry winter months. The ingredients are gentle, and it comes with a dropper cap which makes it easy to use. It absorbs beautifully when applied before your base makeup!

  Cons

  While it feels rich, there's definitely a sticky feeling to it. Maybe it's because I have oily skin, but it seemed to make my face get greasy faster than usual. You need to be careful with the amount you use since it comes with a dropper. The scent is a bit unique - I think it might be hit or miss for some people.

  Tip

  If you apply it as a base before your makeup, your foundation will go on so smoothly!

  Pros

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers. I've been using La Roche-Posay products like Effaclar H, and in winter, the Hyalu serum. I was curious about this new serum, so I applied to try it. To cut to the chase, I'm very satisfied and plan to repurchase once I finish the sample from the tester program. Compared to La Roche-Posay's existing Hyalu serum, this product is more viscous and opaque. Despite this, it absorbs quickly when applied. It doesn't leave a residual feeling on the skin and is almost not sticky at all. I had some dead skin cells appear when using it as a summer cream as it was slightly drying, but adding this serum before the cream made my skin feel moisturized and nice. It seems to provide good hydration too. My skin is super sensitive and many cosmetics cause reactions, but I used this without any redness or breakouts. Most importantly, I had my finals last week until yesterday, pulling all-nighters almost every day, but my skin condition is the best it's ever been. The only change was adding this serum, so I think it's the power of this product. I usually use the Hyalu serum, but I think I'll be switching to this one.

  The volume is small... The Hyalu serum was already small, but this container is even smaller. The scent is a bit off-putting, but I don't think that's a big issue.

  It's perfect to use before applying cream! I think it might even work well on its own in summer.

  Pros

  I was lucky enough to be selected as one of The Hwahae Testers for this product! As someone with super sensitive skin, I found it quite agreeable, which suggests it has good ingredients. The way it absorbs is really nice, and after cleansing, applying this product left my skin feeling comfortable without any deep dryness.

  Cons

  For someone like me who's sensitive to scents, the fragrance was a bit disappointing. Also, I felt the amount of product was a bit small compared to its price.
