  My hands tend to be quite dry (I wash them frequently). Without proper care, they often feel parched, so I consistently use hand cream. This one has a lightweight formula that spreads smoothly and provides a noticeable boost of hydration upon application (it's lighter than Benton's Coconut Hand Cream). It's low in oils, so there's no sticky feeling. For those with very dry hands, I'd recommend this more for spring and fall rather than winter. However, if you're looking for a light option even in winter, this would be my pick. The ingredients are gentle, and its non-sticky nature makes it great for frequent application. The scent isn't heavy or overpowering - it's more of a pleasant, uplifting aroma? While fragrance preferences can vary, I personally enjoy it.

  The combination of shea butter and olive is wonderful! It's moisturizing with just the right amount of richness from the shea butter and olive oil. I actually prefer that it's not too heavy. I've been using it every winter since the year before last! This year, I haven't repurchased yet because I received so many hand creams as gifts.

  It's somewhere between light and heavy, so it might feel a bit light for those who love rich creams, and slightly heavy for those who prefer a fresh, lightweight feel. If you found the L'Occitane shea butter too heavy, try Benton's hand cream! For those looking for something even lighter, I'd recommend Benton's coconut line as it's less rich. Personally, I love the balance of the olive line.
