It might be good to leave Step 1 on for a bit longer. When rinsing off the bubbles, try using lukewarm water instead of cold water for a quick rinse. Using cold water actually makes the pores feel like they're tightening up again...

After using Step 2, it left a slight white residue. I think it would be great if there was also a soothing mask to use afterwards!
