It floats. Since it's summer, I tried to reduce the base steps, and I bought it because they said it was moisturizing, but it turned out to be dry. The only good thing seems to be that the color is pretty in a pink-pink way.
Cons
The clogging is extremely severe. And the puff is really bad. It keeps clumping up and it's frustrating. For an 11 shade, the color is too dark. It's much more matte than expected. It caused a lot of skin trouble for me. I will definitely not repurchase it.

The concealer and puff are a bit disappointing. I bought the renewed version, but I barely use the concealer part..And!! The unique cosmetic scent...it's too strong.. It seems to be the strongest among all the cushions I've used so far.. Those sensitive to scents should definitely smell it before buying..ㅠ
