Pros
Incredible lasting power. It doesn't budge even in the rain. Just brush it on properly and it will last all day. The wand is uniquely shaped for a volumizing effect, but without a lengthening function. It's easy to apply, but the amount can be hard to control, so it sometimes gets on the skin. Out of all the mascaras I've used, this one has the best lasting power.
Cons
It's hard to remove. You need to use a cleansing oil or a separate mascara remover.

⭐️Applies very thoroughly!! - The formula is thin, so it applies very well and each layer applies nicely, which is great. ⭐️Applies very neatly and is thicker than expected (Feels clean and voluminous!) - If you want a completely undetectable look, it may be difficult, but if you want a clean and voluminous look, it's great!
Cons
The formula is thinner than expected, and it keeps getting... smeared when applying the lower part, which is disappointing...
Tip
Applying it with a paper underneath makes it apply neatly and prevents it from smearing, which is nice.

Pros
The distinctive feature is definitely the metal brush! The meticulously designed metal brush is said to capture even the shortest lashes one by one. It did seem to adhere well to the lashes. However, the metal brush can be used and cleaned repeatedly, so it was at least somewhat hygienic to use. What I did like about using it was that the volumizing mascara seemed to hold the curl reasonably well. I'm not sure if the volume looked extremely full, but it held the curl better than mascaras that easily drooped. It also seemed to set fairly quickly!
Cons
First of all, the design was quite unusual. Normally there are a lot of round-shaped mascara designs, but the Neogen mascara was not like that. It came out a bit longer than expected, so it was a bit inconvenient to carry around. I originally bought this product because I was intrigued by the metal brush, but when I used it, the top part of the metal brush was excessively coated with product when I opened the mascara... And overall, the product didn't seem to be evenly distributed across the entire metal brush, so it was difficult to apply it cleanly. It didn't really look like a brush, more like a straight rod. Some areas had hardly any product, while others had relatively excessive amounts, so I wasn't really a fan of the Neogen mascara brush itself. If they claim it applies cleanly, I have to disagree. Even after trying to wipe off the excess product on the brush, some areas had hardly any while others were really heavy, so overall, I was quite disappointed with this mascara, despite having high expectations based on a beauty vlogger's positive review. While it may be a bit less messy than some volumizing mascaras, I still prefer a mascara that applies really cleanly and naturally, which this didn't quite achieve for me. Since I prefer a very clean, flawless look, the initial messiness of the application was quite disappointing. Normally, when brushing through, it doesn't get overly separated, but it did leave some residue on my eyelids. I'm not sure how it would work for those with double eyelids.

I'm so glad it doesn't clump! Even the lower lashes look so pretty haha!!! I really recommend this ~~~ The volume is boosted up too!!!

The lash volume is amazingly boosted, and I'm very satisfied!! The brush part is made of metal, so I can use it while disinfecting, which I really like as it allows me to use it in a clean manner. The mascara also lasts a long time, doesn't smudge easily, and is easy to apply in the right amount. The wide base design means it doesn't tip over easily, which is great.
Cons

I was hesitant about the price, but I'm really very satisfied. It's great that they sell refills, and it's clean and hygienic.
