The ingredients are good 👍 At first, I was a little surprised when I used it, as it stung a bit, but I got used to it quickly and it feels so refreshing! This mask was so great for me as I have a skin with a lot of heat and redness! However, those with sensitive skin or who dislike the menthol scent and feel may want to avoid it. First, with other mask packs, there was always an insufficient area that left me worried even after applying the remaining ampoule, but this one had a generous mask size which was great! It seems like it can be used comfortably by people with various face shapes, and the chin and lip area in particular seem to be generously covered. Excellent at calming. Incredibly refreshing and slightly warming in sensation. The cooling effect lasts a long time. Even after removing the mask, the face remains cool for an extended period. The sheet is good. It immediately lowers the temperature of the face, calms, and gives a feeling of doing a modeling pack, effectively and pleasantly cooling down the temperature.
Cons
I haven't seen it in offline stores, and the price range is a bit high, but it would be good if it was available for easy purchase. This is not really a downside either. The warming sensation may feel irritating to some people.

Each sheet mask contains a generous 25ml of essence! There are 5 sheets per box!! The essence is usually all at the bottom, right? This one has an opening at the bottom so you can use every last drop! Thanks to this, I was able to apply it all without wasting any. Mentalogy is a cooling product, but it's also safe for pregnant women to use, so I'd highly recommend it to any pregnant women looking for a sheet mask. I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer at 31 weeks, and even though I'd get hot and cold, using it to cool my face was really helpful. The Mentalogy Super Cool sheet mask contains an entire bottle of essence and uses a 100% biodegradable cellulose mask sheet. It's very breathable, so the cooling effect is even better, and the absorbency is great, making it a gentle, soothing mask packed with cooling and calming ingredients.

As a cooling product, it does have a certain scent that some may dislike, so those who don't like the 'cool, calming' fragrance of products with ingredients like centella may have a strong aversion to it.
