In this bitter cold, nothing seemed to work until I tried this product. I heard panthenol is great for skin regeneration. After applying it generously for two days on areas with lingering redness from small blemishes, the redness subsided, marks disappeared, and my skin barrier became stronger! There are no real drawbacks. However, when using it as a sleeping mask, remember it's a gel type, so wait for it to dry before sleeping. If you toss and turn, it might transfer to your pillow, but that's true for any mask! I slept on my back for two nights! You can use it as a sleeping pack or layer it thinly like a hydrating moisturizer. My skin type is combination-oily, but in winter it becomes dry before turning oily again - a combination dehydrated skin. This product, with its panthenol and cica, is incredibly gentle. It doesn't cause blemishes and works wonders for strengthening and regenerating the skin barrier! It's perfect for redness, heat sensitivity, and blemishes. For those who feel a bit of tightness from the gel texture, try layering it over a hydrating cream as a sleeping pack. I highly recommend applying a thick layer twice on areas needing regeneration! After a bad reaction to Vitamin C, my skin wasn't healing well (I'm in my mid-30s), but after applying this twice a day for two days, the results were amazing. I spread a thin layer all over, then applied it generously on areas with redness and irritation. Now, all traces are gone, and my skin barrier is truly strengthened and regenerated!
