It's decent enough. Just okay, nothing special. Suitable for everyday use. It's alright, nothing extraordinary. Decent enough. Good for a light application. - as************Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJun 8, 2023
The balance of oil and moisture was just right, and the emulsion-like texture made it easy and comfortable to apply. I really appreciated that. Apart from the high price tag, there wasn't really anything to complain about. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 9, 2023
It absorbs lightly without leaving a white cast. The scent is mild and non-irritating, almost fragrance-free. The packaging has been updated with a twist-lock cap, and the size has been reduced, making it more portable. There's nothing particularly disappointing, but considering the price, there seem to be many other alternatives available. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 26, 2023
It's great for a light application! This sunscreen has a soft texture and absorbs well into the skin. It was a bit inconvenient that the container doesn't dispense a large amount at once. - o_****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedJan 13, 2023
No stinging sensation in the eyes This is truly important to me, so I'm satisfied with just that No white cast It truly serves its purpose as a sunscreen Great hydration It's more moisturizing than other emulsion-type sunscreens Yet it doesn't feel sticky Not tested on animals Honestly, this is good, it's really good but... I preferred the version before it was reformulated Why did they change it to an emulsion? Those who remember when it was an essence might be disappointed The price... haha Yeah, I know, right? - mk*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinDec 29, 2022
I used to love the discontinued sunscreen because it felt more like a hydrating cream than a moisturizer. I've been searching for a better sunscreen since it was discontinued, and I'm thrilled that this one has finally appeared. It's simply fantastic. 1. This new version pills much worse than the previous one. The moment I apply it to my dry skin, it starts pilling immediately. I can see my dead skin cells flaking off, which is really severe. It's so bad that it's almost not worth using. This issue alone made me deduct 3 stars. 2. If it gets in your eyes, it stings terribly and causes excessive tearing. It's an extremely irritating cream. Make sure to apply it carefully, avoiding the eye area. The previous sunscreen was perfect for my skin and felt lighter. It's disappointing that there might not be a sunscreen as good as that one. I used to love The Body Shop sunscreens for both face and body, but now I think I'll only be purchasing it for body use. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 4, 2022
As someone with dry skin, I often feel a rough, draggy sensation when applying sunscreen. But this one glides on smoothly, probably because it's so hydrating. I really like it! There's nothing particularly bad about it. It's truly a solid, reliable product. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it might not be ideal for those with oily skin... - hi*****Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 3, 2022
It applies thinly with excellent absorption, leaving no white cast. The texture is really pleasant to use. After using this, I got all kinds of blemishes. Not the yellow ones, but painful red ones that hurt when touched. It has a slightly refreshing feel and absorbs so well that I thought about sticking with it, but I had to give it away to someone else before even using it for a week. For those with super sensitive skin or those who easily get pimples from the wrong skincare products, I'd advise you to avoid this. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 29, 2022
I've been using this product consistently since it first came out, even through its discontinuation and relaunch! My skin really suffered from other sunscreens, but I stumbled upon this as a free sample at The Body Shop and never looked back. It's an emulsion-type formula that's lightweight without being drying or overly rich. When it was discontinued, I struggled to find a replacement and was overjoyed when it came back. I can't even express how happy I was! For those with acne-prone, dry, and super sensitive skin - trust me and give this a try. I've been using it for years and it's truly amazing. You know how you always apply sunscreen before makeup? This one absolutely doesn't pill at all. The price? It's a bit steep, I'll admit. Since it's quite fluid, you tend to use it up quickly. Also, if you only wear the sunscreen without makeup, there's a slight richness to it. It's not extremely oily, but there's a bit of shine. However, when you apply makeup over it, it's absolutely perfect. Your makeup looks flawless in both summer and winter, with no pilling whatsoever! If you try to draw your eyebrows right after applying just the sunscreen, it can be a bit slippery. To fix this, lightly dust some powder over it first. Then, use a powder or cake-type eyebrow product with a brush, and you'll be able to draw your brows smoothly. - be*******Dry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 9, 2022
No white cast and doesn't feel heavy. Great for dry skin as it provides hydration. I'll definitely repurchase. It stings a bit if it gets in your eyes, but that's the only downside. Recommended.
