  Pros

  Scent: The fragrance is luxurious. It's not the artificial scent you get from regular shampoos, but rather one that reminds you of a lush forest. Hair texture: It has a bit more richness than expected, which makes my hair feel wonderfully soft.

  Cons

  I bought this product hoping it would be less likely to cause buildup than my previous shampoo, which was prone to it. Unfortunately, this one also causes buildup. After washing, instead of feeling light and refreshed, my hair feels strangely heavy. The conditioner from the same line feels fresh and nice, but the shampoo doesn't seem to suit me, even though the scent is truly amazing. I'm continuing to use it because I love the fragrance.

  Pros

  1. Fragrance As someone who easily gets headaches from strong scents, I appreciate that this fragrance isn't overpowering, yet has a sophisticated woody aroma. The woody scent gives it a fresh feel, striking a balance between feminine and unisex - reminiscent of a luxury brand product. 2. Ingredients I've tried every shampoo out there, including all the top 10 ranked on Hwahae. Without fail, they all caused scalp blemishes and red bumps along my hairline. Since I wash my hair while showering, these shampoos not only affected my hairline but also led to blemishes on my shoulders, back, and chest area. I later learned from a renowned dermatologist that these issues were caused by shampoo residue not being thoroughly rinsed off. In my mid-thirties, I finally understood the cause of my body blemishes! I hope others realize this too and overcome their skin troubles. I tried this shampoo without much expectation due to past disappointments, but surprisingly, it didn't cause any scalp itching, blemishes, body acne, or headaches! While I need to use it longer to be sure, if it doesn't get discontinued, I think I've finally found my go-to shampoo. 3. User Experience Many shampoos with good ingredients often lack surfactants, resulting in a poor user experience - they feel stiff, don't lather well, and lead to quick oil build-up. However, this shampoo lathers nicely without feeling stiff, and it keeps oil at bay for longer.

  Cons

  1. Packaging Since Listay shampoo is marketed as an eco-friendly product, if you purchase it individually, it will come in a refill container exactly as shown in the picture. As someone who likes to try samples before buying full-size products, I didn't purchase the dispenser separately. Although I knew what to expect, the refill packaging did catch me off guard a bit! 2. Price If I had to nitpick, at 18,000 won, it's slightly pricier than average drugstore shampoos. However, most mass-market shampoos have terrible ingredients and artificial fragrances that could harm your scalp with long-term use. This shampoo, on the other hand, boasts top-notch ingredients and a natural, non-artificial scent. I believe it's worth the price.

  Tip

  I'm writing this lengthy review, despite my lack of writing skills, in hopes that they maintain these ingredients and don't discontinue the product. I urge everyone to give it a try at least once. It's truly amazing!
