  Pros

  It's neither too heavy nor too light. When applied, it makes your skin feel soft and supple. I love the container design - the small opening makes it easy to control the amount. It's great for calming down any flaky skin around the eyes.

  Cons

  I noticed an increase in non-inflamed acne on my forehead, cheeks, and nose area. It stings a bit when applied to scratched areas around the eyes. Unlike other creams, when I applied a generous amount to my philtrum using an eyebrow razor, it caused a burning sensation, so it doesn't seem very soothing.

  I thought it would be greasy, but it's less oily than expected. It absorbs well and would be great to use during seasonal changes.

  While it didn't suit my face, I applied it to my neck and body. It goes on smoothly and feels hydrating. I had hoped the hot spring water ingredient would make it perfect for my face, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

  Pros

  Even after some time post-cleansing, there's minimal oil buildup in the T-zone. The texture feels somewhat like a primer, leaving a matte finish when applied all over. It didn't cause any small blemishes to appear.

  Cons

  I felt a burning sensation around my mouth and cheeks as soon as I applied and spread the product. When my skin was in good condition, it was somewhat tolerable and the burning subsided quickly. However, when my skin was sensitive, it felt painfully irritating, almost like a burn. On days when I had this reaction, I immediately repurchased my usual product. I think the high concentration of hot spring water in the ingredients might not suit my skin. If you're considering buying this, I strongly recommend getting a sample from Manyo Factory to test it first. Oh, and it's drying! While it doesn't produce excess oil, even after applying two layers, I felt a slight tightness after about 2 hours. Although it didn't cause small blemishes for me, suggesting no ingredients that trigger my blemishes, I think continued use could disrupt the oil and moisture balance. Personally, I prefer a dewy complexion with an Inner Glow. So, the matte finish left me feeling a bit disappointed.

  Tip

  Well... I think skincare is truly a case-by-case situation. While it didn't work for me, it could be someone else's holy grail cream.

  At first, I loved it because I didn't have any blemishes and the feel was great. The product itself is good.

  Cons

  I have combination dehydrated skin that's super sensitive. After using it for about 3 days, I suddenly started getting quite a few blemishes. It seems this product doesn't agree with my skin.

  Pros: The scent genuinely reminds me of hot springs water. It absorbs smoothly, and both the application and finish feel great on the skin.

  I had to stop using it (maybe 3 years ago?) because I developed a lot of tiny bumps. Not sure if it was due to incompatible ingredients or an issue with the oil and moisture balance.

  Even with good ingredients or minimal formulations, finding the perfect skincare for my super sensitive skin has been incredibly challenging. Unfortunately, my trusted emulsion changed its formula, causing persistent contact dermatitis that evolved into perioral dermatitis. For three months, I desperately tried various creams, but everything caused blemishes, itching, burning sensations, or redness. It was truly agonizing. However, I'm on day three with this cream, and my skin feels surprisingly comfortable without any irritation! When applied, it feels slightly matte but not drying. It absorbs well and provides adequate hydration, which I appreciate. While I need more time to fully assess, so far there haven't been any blemishes, itching, or other issues. I really hope it continues to work well for me...!!!

  My skin feels slippery even after cleansing, as if the product isn't washing off properly. (Update 21.11.19) It was fine for a week, but with continued use, I'm developing small white bumps with pus around my nose, under my nose, and around my mouth... ugh.
